It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Marhuma GULSHANBANU AKBER TEJA (BAIJAAN) who passed away in Dar Es Salaam on Wednesday, 16th November 2022.

Marhuma was the Daughter of

Late Haji Gulamali and Late Fatmabai HajiAli Chandoo.

Marhuma was the Wife of

Late Akber Husseinali Teja.

Marhuma was the Mother of

Br. Mohamedraza, Br. Gulamabbas and Sis Fatma (BAI) Teja.

Marhuma was the Mother in Law of

Sis Farhana Gulamabbas Teja.

Marhuma was the Sister of

Br. Mahmood Chandoo, Br. Abdulrazak Chandoo, Br. Murtaza Chandoo, Br. Liyakatali Chandoo, Marhuma Masuma Chandoo, and Sis Khatijabai Chandoo.

Marhuma was the Grandmother of

Br. Alireza Akber, Br. Mohammed Jawad Akber, and Sis Sarah Akber.

Date: Wednesday 16th November 2022

Venue: KSIJ Dar Imambargah, Dsm Tz.

Namaz-e-Wahshat: 

In the first Raka’at, after reciting Surah al-Hamd, Ayatul Kursi should be recited once and in the second Raka’at, Surah al-Qadr should be recited 10 times after Surah-al-Hamd.

Namaz-e-Haddiye Mayyit:

In the first Raka’at, after reciting Surah al-Hamd, Surah Qadr should be recited. In the second Raka’at, after Surah al-Hamd recite Surah Kawther.
