It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Marhum MOHAMED GULAMHUSSEIN SACHOO LALJI who passed away in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday, 24th January 2023.
Marhum was the Husband of Sis Batulbai Mohamed Lalji.
Marhum was the Father of Sis Fatim Sadick Somji and the Father In Law of Br. Sadick Somji.
Marhum was the Grandfather of Sis Shahista Somji – Hameer and Sis Sarah Somji – Peera.
Marhum was the Brother of Sis Nargisbai Anverali Somji, Sis Zehrabai Yusuf Manji, Sis Raziyabai Firoz Somji and Br. Murtaza Lalji.
Marhum was the Uncle of Tanveer Bhanji of New York.

Marhum will be buried on:
Date: Tuesday, 24th January 2023.
Time: After Wafat Majlis.
Venue: KSIJ Imambargah, Dsm, Tz.
May Allah (SWT) bless the departed soul with a place amongst His chosen ones and grant the family patience to bear this loss – Ameen. Mu’mineens are requested to remember the departed soul with a Sura-e-Fateha, Sadaqa, and Namaaz-e-Hadiya Mayyit.
Mu’mineen are requested to give sadaqah on behalf of the deceased and remember them with Namaze Wahshat after the burial & with Duas of Maghferah.

Namaz-e-Wahshat:
In the first Raka’at, after reciting Surah al-Hamd, Ayatul Kursi should be recited once and in the second Raka’at, Surah al-Qadr should be recited 10 times after Surah-al-Hamd.
Namaz-e-Haddiye Mayyit:
In the first Raka’at, after reciting Surah al-Hamd, Surah Qadr should be recited. In the second Raka’at, after Surah al-Hamd recite Surah Kawther.
