Wuḍūʾ
1) If a person is sure that he has performed the wuḍūʾ and has also committed an act that invalidates the wuḍūʾ, but does not remember which happened first, he should act as follows:
· If this situation arises before his Salaat, he should perform the wuḍūʾ.
· If it arises during Salaat, he should break it and perform the wuḍūʾ.
· If it arises after Salaat, that Salaat will be valid, but for the next prayers he should perform the wuḍūʾ.
2) If a person doubts after prayers whether he had performed wuḍūʾ or not, his prayers are valid but he must perform wuḍūʾ for subsequent prayers.
3) If a person doubts during prayers whether or not he had performed wuḍūʾ, then based on obligatory precaution, he must perform wuḍūʾ and perform the prayer again.
4) If a person realizes after prayers that his wuḍūʾ has become void but doubts whether his wuḍūʾ became void before or after prayers, the prayers performed by him are valid.
