It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Marhum ALHAJ ALI GULAMHUSSEIN MOHAMED SHERIFF who passed away in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday, 14th November 2023.

Marhum was the Husband of Late Sikinabai Manji Haji.

Marhum was the Father of Sis Zainab Mohamedabbas, Sis Fatma Mohsin Lilani (UK), Sis Sabira Hussein Rattani (USA), Br. Mohamed Ali Gulamhussein (Arusha).

Marhum was the Brother of Late Mohamedhussein Sheriff, Late Jaffer Sheriff, Late Hassan Sheriff, Late Marziabai Mohamedhussein Lakha, and Sis Rukiabai Gulamhussein Sheriff (NENE)

Marhum will be buried on:

Date: Wednesday, 15th November 2023

Time: After Zohr / Asr Prayers.

Venue: KSIJ Imambargah, Dsm, Tz.

Mu’mineen are requested to give sadaqah on behalf of the deceased and remember them with Namaze Wahshat after the burial & with Duas of Maghferah.

Namaz-e-Wahshat: 

In the first Raka’at, after reciting Surah al-Hamd, Ayatul Kursi should be recited once and in the second Raka’at, Surah al-Qadr should be recited 10 times after Surah-al-Hamd.

Namaz-e-Haddiye Mayyit:

In the first Raka’at, after reciting Surah al-Hamd, Surah Qadr should be recited. In the second Raka’at, after Surah al-Hamd recite Surah Kawther.
