Al-Mahdi Islamic Center wishes to inform the community that there were verified sightings of the crescent moon on the evening of Thursday 3rd March in many locations in North America.
Therefore the first day of Sha’baan will be on Friday 4th March 2022
This determination is based on the fact that there were verified sightings of the crescent moon by the naked eye at sunset on Thursday, March 3rd, 2022 from many locations in North America.
